site is bugged
so for 3 weeks whenever I enter on tf2 outpost the site automatically reloads and looks like this

It is enfuriating bv I can't do some things such as bookmark trades or bump my own,
Any help?
I am using the opera browser and has been working fine until 3 weeks ago.
