Support Admins instead of Complaining about your tickets
Coming from someone that used to run a community and ran several different gaming servers/website/ts3 etc. A lot of times I see people complaining about the time periods that their tickets are not being answered within so many hours. First of I want to say the support is not paid, they do it because they enjoy the game as well as helping others in the community. They all have lives outside of this website so just because your ticket isn't being answered in the time frame you feel adequate, remember they could be and are most likely working on something more important like the website and possible crashes, new ideas, etc. A lot of people send in tickets for small petty things about other users making rude comments in their trades which I understand is not tolerated, and you get frustrated because you feel like it was not handled fast enough, well look at the bigger picture as I stated earlier they were and are probably dealing with a scammer is something else that is more extensive then what your ticket was about. So instead of posting all the bashing about how they don't answer your tickets fast enough.....you have an awesome site to benefit you and your trading. They just can't take on a ton of admins without really getting know them and understanding what their motive behind becoming an admin is. A lot of people also don't understand there age limit requirement, but I do from helping to run a community, yes there are some very mature teenagers however they also know that with that school, extra curricular activities, etc. may prevent them from having a lot of time but also not being able to deal with some users when they are heated and getting cussed out etc, and how they would react. There are a lot of reasons for the age limit requirement. Hope this gives an outside perspective. If anyone has any questions I don't mind answering. Remember support the admins on here they are doing a great job and continue to add new features etc, and be patient they will get with you when they can. Have a great day/night!!!!!

Well my husband applied to be admin and hopefully he will get it, they said they moved his app to the next step but we were out tonight for his and his brothers b-day when they added him so hopefully he will catch up with them today it's 7:29 am and I have yet to go to sleep. The admins do a great job here and like I said dealing with previous forums, databases, bans, I know what they go through only a daily basis so I totally support them and will continue to, to the fullest of my capability!!!!!!!!!

@Chride I think Mrs.Toughsox was just trying to agree coming from someone who really knows what goes on behind the scenes. When my husband had the gaming community that he did I know what we dealt with and I'm sure she is aware and she was just stating the fact.

I would love to support them, by going premium on the site. But I am permanently banned because my inventory wasn't public and I'm waiting now for 3 weeks without any form of reply at all.

I'm sure they will get to you as soon as they can they have a limited number of staff with a huge site of users, they get to the tickets as quickly as they can. Have you completed the right steps of completing a ticket? Also have you changed your profile from being private? I would also recommend just refreshing with the rules because they do update the rules.

Yes, I have mended it the moment I saw that it was required, but to no avail. Everyithing else is as it should be. I've seen people post on the admin that has been assigned my ticket's profile that are waiting more than a month. So I guess there's little else to do but wait.

Yes just please be patient they work on tickets as fast as they are able to get to them.
