Hey Norby. May I ask a thing? Does this happen a lot? I know that the average is more than 1 month, but does it take longer than a year a lot for Ban Appeals to get through? If so. I am honestly going to trade a lot less in fear that I could get banned. This is really fucking scary for me because this means that if I get banned, even if it's bullshit like a false ban accusing me of Auto-Bumping, this means I could be 1 year without trading, with a fucking mark on Steamrep.
I'm not trying to be mean at all. I'm just afraid that this could happen to me and that it's possible that I could be banned for a year even if the ban is bullshit like the aforementioned non-existant autobump script accusation. Which is quite common. That is actually the reason why I don't stay on OutPost all day constantly refreshing until I get a offer or response or something, which a lot of people do and end up getting banned for with the admins thinking they are using a script.
I'm actually scared right now because I have a trade up on OutPost right now where I am selling things like a The Southe Shinobi and things. Which means that's 1 more month to 1(+) more YEARS before I can sell it to get a different thing that I will actually LIKE. Which = that much time when I have that from a shitty uncrate in my inventory. No joke, the rest of the server didn't even like it and reccomended me to sell it. But at least I got a good Spy hat from the other Stockpile Crate.
TL;DR do appeals take this long a lot? Even if it's uncommon I will still be scared. Because it STILL has a 30% chance, because "Uncommon" doesn't mean "Rare" or "Super Rare" and instead means "Slightly less common than Common". I could MAYBE calm down if it's super rare.
