Answer this please someone on outpost staff.
My ban appeal is taking waaaay too long to go through. I have everything there that I ned but have gotten no answers. I've gotten one message and it was to tell me that the first time I didn't have the whole conversation.

You need to be patient, the staff will get to your ban appeal when they can. They don't miss any tickets.

Again, you need to wait. The staff will get to your ticket as soon as they can.

The only issue I have is that people talk about how they got people that weren't helenangel and got an answer almost instantly.

The amount of time it takes to answer tickets is completely based on the availability of Admins and the amount of actual tickets. Patience is the key to success.
