bots/donations
Today some bot left me an offer here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21811487. Offer was very low, but I added him. He sent me a message " Sorry, I only serve Green belts and above." http://prntscr.com/4aumn8 . And after entering his link I got this: http://prntscr.com/4aunbw . So yeah, I have to pay this lowballer 3 ref just to accept his offer.

Questions:
1. Is it okay to use bots to send other users offers?
2. Is it okay to ask for metal/keys like this?
3. Can I add trade like: buying keys for 10 refined, and after user adds me I will say "but you need to give me 3 ref first".

I deserved this ban, I agree. But this is the first time when I have to pay someone for accepting his offer. This offer was made by bot or by human?
