TF2 Outpost HQ DOES NOT respond to ban report
Hi,I've gotten banned on TF2 Outpost for not having my profile public. Last time I logged on, was on 2012 and now when I came back to revisit the website,I saw that they banned me for not having my profile public. First, my steam profile was alwways public and because i made it private for 1-2 days(that was like months ago) even tho I was NEVER on TF2 Outpost that time, someone randomely bans me..really?I wasnt even on the website to make trades.I know this is a rule,which I get it.But I made no trades,how someone saw my profile?Since I am inactive why don't they bother unbanning me? And second, the admins allowyou to repost on comment of your ban which I did, and I NEVER GOT A RESPONCE.Like cmone,you give me an opportunity to write a valid excuse and no one sees it?I have a screenshot to show that my profile WAS public.

So if I've done something wrong,which I doubt, please forgive my action because I haven't logged on since 2012 and I don't know how this happened and why.

Please don't rant on the forums. The staff will get to your appeal ticket as soon as they can, you need to be patient. TF2OP system automatically bans users with private profiles, so thats how you were banned with no trades open.

Alright,thanks for the answer. Just got a little bit worried since I've seen this before happening and the forums were full of similar posts.So I decided to go towards that direction.

Via the Rules
No private profiles or backpacks. You will be subject to a permanent ban until you make your profile and backpack public again. This includes both your game-specific and Steam inventories.

Please send in a ticket like EGC mentioned when they get to your ticket they will respond to your ticket just remember you are not the only person that sent in a ticket that get to them as they can with as many users on the site I'm sure they get anywhere from a good 200 to 500 tickets a day at least if not way more. So just be patient please. Have a great day/night!

I've already writen under the ban report where it says ticket.But I've kind of messed up the comment section so I sent my proof here via Steam Forums.So if it's kind of messy there, I've sent my appeal here. I think I'm okay for now.All I can do is wait,correct?

Yep, how long it takes for the mod to reply relies on the availability of the admin assigned

This isn't true. When I suggested it, they told me it wouldn't work because the Steam API often returns false value. So an user had to report his private profile, and an admin banned him 1-2 months later.
