Would this be considered Scamming/sharking?
THE SCAMMING PART:

To make some money, i decided to become a walking, talking pawn shop. What i do is buy items (Unique and Strange) from scrap.tf, and then sell them to other players for a LITTLE over the price i bought it at.

FOR EXAMPLE: I bought a strange enforcer for .55 and sold it for around a refined.

Would i be considered a scammer for doing this? I also tell people my buisness and how i run it, so they know they'll be charged a bit more, though some people won't trade with me because of it. I try to be honest in my trades, (Once i was doing this, and a person was trading me 2 reclaimed and a hat for a strange enforcer, so i told her to take off a reclaimed.), but am i being honest by doing buisness like this?

THE SHARKING PART:

I met a guy who was new to Tf2, new inventory, low playtime, everything to prove he was new. So, he wanted some of my weapons, so i was willing to trade him my weapons for a dueling minigame he had. It was valued around .33 refined, but i offered him .22 refiened (or 4 weapons) for it. Then i discovered he had a craftable hat (Worth 1.33), and i immediately offered him one refined for it. He was new to trading, so he brought on his brother who was an expert at it. When he saw my offers, his brother started calling me a shark.

Was i sharking this player? I was running my buisness EXACTLY as i normaly do: Buy for less, sell for more.

While you were giving the new player a lower price, it wasn't low enough to be considered sharking, you can set prices as high or as low as you like, it wouldn't be considered scamming.

Alright, thanks for the advice :)
Okay, great, as I myself have created a Pawn Shop similar to this, where I sell items for 25% higher than normal, and buy for 15% lower.
