Please remove my ban.
A week ago I started trading again (since 2012). I wasn't trading for 2 years, just playing games. And when I came to tf2 outpost I got a ban because my profile was private (It was public when I was active trading). Then I changed my profile to public and still had a ban.

Now after a week I'm still banned. I used my ticket (ban appeal) asking to remove my ban. Since I didn't get an answer I'm posting here to see if some admin will help me.

If you have not already set your profile to public I would recommend doing that first, secondly if you have already submitted a ticket just be patient the admins get several tickets a day. If you have not submitted a ticket here is how to do that

Also I would recommend following up on the rules if you haven't read them lately. The rule regarding a private profile is.

No private profiles or backpacks. You will be subject to a permanent ban until you make your profile and backpack public again. This includes both your game-specific and Steam inventories.
