about my banned
i send an offer trader for a seller.probable my offer price too low .the seller add me and abuse me.then on steam he block me .so i abuse back on tf2.outpost . didn't he not make any mistake?I think it's not fair.He Abusive me first.Can i have any methods can be solved?

The staff doesnt concern itself with what happens over steam chat. You should of blocked the user from your steam and op instead of abusing the user through his profile.
