You must wait another ___ second(s) before posting again!
Hey. Is there a reason why the cooldown resets after every attempt to comment rather than every successful comment or is it a glitch? Just asking since I've wasted too many minutes accidentally recommenting before my cooldown is over and have it reset at an even longer period of time.

I would just assume its because automated spammers keep making comments so it gives them a longer time period before commenting. Its not a glitch or anything

Also to prevent on spamming the forums, a lot of people will go and look for an item they wont and write on 50 plus pages added for this item, so it slows you down I'm sure not to kill the database. That's my guess.
