Helen doesnt only work for OP she works for SR aswell, so not only does she get thousands of ban appeals a week from OP, shes gets thousands of scam reports a week from SR as well. Gotta be pateint friend

Yes they all get several appeals and do not only work for one site, they answer the tickets that came in order to them how they come. Also posting here like Nooge said does not speed the process up it just makes a lot of discussion threads for them to have to close eventually and move to the archive, just be patient. Remember they have a life outside of here it was the summer and people do go on vacations.

I like Helen but I am not completely sure about this. All I see on these forums and Helen's groups is that they complain about her not taking a look at their appeals at all. I have never heard this much complains about other admins not taking a look but the percentage of Helen not responding to appeals are incredibly higher than rest of the admins. She seems like a very inactive admin at this point. She was very active at one point but doesn't seem like she is anymore. Perhaps they might want to hand the appeals over to a more active admin.
