Tf2outpost admin didn't look at the report...
I had reported someone because on there trade it said they had it but in there bp he did not have them. So I filled out a report slipped and hopped they closed the trade down. In 2 days I sa the ticket and went to the trade I reported. Except they never closed it so the admin never even looked at the ticket basically and just closed it. Why did they do this? Tell me why pls.

Admins and mods are extremely busy, they get thousands of reports a day. They must have no gotten to your report yet. Be patient.

If he closed it, then he did in fact look at it.

I'm sure if you look at the ticket they responded to it. However this is not the place to post a thread like this. You need to contact that admin, or go back and look at the ticket. Also that user may have sold out of the item and maybe just forgot to pull the trade down. To my knowledge that is not a reportable offense.

its not a report for offense its a report for not having the items but saying it is for sale and its been 3 days since he sold the items...

The item might be on market and thats why its not in his bp. Or its just a casual user that maked a trade and as soon the item is gone he never comes back. Ive seen lots of these trades and thid problem solves itself after a week. However there are sometimes trades from old donors who havent logged in to steam for many hundret days and there trades happily autobumb every 30 mins, but thid problem will solve itself in about 2 months as well, so no need to spam reports about this, there are more important things that should fill the queues.

Just get rid of his trade it's not on the market I looked at all the items listings he just doesn't change it

Holy shit, someone made his research to make sure outpost wont go down the drain because of some random kid that forgot to close his trade. Really, you should apply as an outpost admin, but im afraid you wont qualify because of that one certain requirement. And blame my cell phone for all the typos in my previous post

Just rub it all in that you know more about some trade website that I only use for csgo I don't even play tf it's filled with 12 year olds all I'm saying is that the admin didn't even take a look I think they should atleast read it then they can close it

Do you randomly go around checking trades / bags, to find stuff to report? It would be a disaster if every trade gets closed, just because he/she left it on the market, thus not in his bag. The amount of counter appeals would flood the Admins even more.

Well, as mentioned above, Admins and Mods are pretty busy, and I would say such a report would be mediocre.

I believe priority tickets are those that involve a breaking of the 8. Main rules on outpost.

So what if it's not on the market / bag?

Does the item not being in his bag, affect you so much?

You're complaining about 12 year olds, but the fact that you can't even turn a blind eye to such trades question your age as well wouldn't it?

Ironic, isn't it. :)

All I would like to know is why admins don't look at the tickets, I didn't want everybody to get pissed.

This pulls in an interesting question: how the fuck do you know that he didnt look at the ticket? All you can see in the ticket UI is state changes. There is no view counter like in trades. But even if there would, it doesnt display who looked at it. Maybe outpost does internally mark who looks at what and sells this to google, but this is not public. So did you hack outpost to figure out that the admin dared to not even look at this serious offence?

I'm starting to belive that people are getting pissed about this
