The OP staff is no longer accepting scammer reports on the fourms, create a scam report on steamrep.

Like Nooge has said, we do not accept these types of reports on the forums, submit both a report on the person through the site and also through SteamRep so that we may review it in a standardized fashion. We will also require all the evidence that you have on the matter, because we cannot ban others based on the words of one person alone.

As for the people you have listed, one has been banned for having a private profile and another has already been banned for being an alt to a previously banned user. The last one is not yet banned, and like I said before, there will need to be evidence before we can do anything.

I've removed the parts where you list people's information, we do not allow calling out people on the forums. Like I've mentioned, we require evidence before we make our judgements and cannot allow someone's word to just be taken at face value.

Finally, the staff here at Outpost does not endorse the idea or encourage the use of setting up sting operations to try and catch people in the act. It isn't a good method of investigation and leads to bad things happening, as you've already learned.
