If you have no option to appeal then I would suggest sending in a support ticket. I would include the uncropped trades so that will help the admin as well. The more information you provide will help as well. I would also suggest attaching the link that the Steam Rep report that things were solved between you and the other users.
In the future I would not recommend creating an alt account to escape the ban.

Then, after seeing your discussion, I went through our records. What I found is that we have additional unique reports against you on Outpost for the same type of giftwrap scamming, which were never reported to SteamRep. Then toss in making a new account after you were banned, which you actively traded on Outpost with, ...... and neither of those bans will be released.
