I need help with something. (Toughsox please take a look at my post)
Hello so 2 years ago i got banned permanently from outpost for this reason ''Gift Wrap Scamming''
Now i know that what i did was wrong and 100% unacceptable.
Which is why i added each one of the people that i scammed and i solved things out between us and everyone got some items back to their inventory. ( if you want me to send screenshots i'll be happy to show you )
So the problem here is that i made a new account and i didn't care about being banned from outpost i was like ''I'll just use a different account to trade on outpost'' but badly i didn't know that i would be making the situation even worse by doing this wrong step , so when i created the ban appeal i got this as a reply ''The fact that you made and used an alt account the day after you were banned, this appeal is denied.'' so then i knew that i screwed up and that time i remember that i quit TF2 for a really really really long time but i decided to come back once again to TF2 a few days ago and now i'm here to see if there is any chance for me to get this ban off me.
Again i know that what i did is unacceptable and against the rules but i tried fixing the mistake that i have done as much as i could i added both of the guys who i scammed and i apologized to both of them and gave them some items back and they were cool and clean with me.
But now i don't really know what to do to get unbanned from outpost so please tell me is it possible for me to get unbanned from outpost or not.

I second that. After doing something like that for the people you scammed? That is just one of the greatest attributes a person can have in my opinion.

If you were banned then you need to send in appeal in and what until the admin that receives it has time to look over it.

The following link explains how.

If you have no option to appeal then I would suggest sending in a support ticket. I would include the uncropped trades so that will help the admin as well. The more information you provide will help as well. I would also suggest attaching the link that the Steam Rep report that things were solved between you and the other users.

In the future I would not recommend creating an alt account to escape the ban.

You have 2 reports against you on SteamRep. Resolve those IN YOUR FAVOR and then we can talk about any type of appeal. Not a minute before that happens.

Yes i know that , i have 2 reports on steam rep i worked everything out with both guys and i sent to the admins on steamrep Info+ screenshots on each report and one of the reports got archived so now i'm waiting on the second report to be archived as well.

Archived does not equal 'RESOLVED IN YOUR FAVOR" The 2nd report you clearly are repaying the victim..... why? Because you scammed them. The fact that you repaid them does not guarantee that you will not be marked as a scammer.

Then, after seeing your discussion, I went through our records. What I found is that we have additional unique reports against you on Outpost for the same type of giftwrap scamming, which were never reported to SteamRep. Then toss in making a new account after you were banned, which you actively traded on Outpost with, ...... and neither of those bans will be released.
