4 and a half years. Really need some type of support / help.
About four and a half years I was rightfully banned by TF2OP. I can no longer reply to the ticket / unban appeals on the site as they are closed. I have emailed Helen like it says multiple time over the last few years. No responses. I would really appriciate being able to talk to somone who could discuiss my situation with. Thanks a bunch

Best way to get in contact with site staff is to send in a support ticket.

Before you even attempt appealing on Outpost you must clear your Steamrep scammer tag otherwise it will be automatically declined.

Thats funny as when I tried to clear the steamrep tag I was told they couldnt unless I removed the Outpost tag first.

That is the case with Outpost specific tags yes, however you have a Steamrep ban on your profile too and it wasn't clear if it was for the same offense or not. Like Nooge said, the only way is to send in a support ticket (not talking about the unban appeal) and hope for the best.

Sorry but, regardless of getting your SteamRep tag removed, you have made enough alts that were all also banned that shows us you have no desire to stay within the guidelines of our rules. I do not see any scenario where you are allowed back to Outpost.
