Can i trade with this user?
Am I allowed to trade with this user? He is currently banned on outpost for scamming but he is unbanned on both backpack.tf and completely clean on steamrep. Thanks for your time.

No trading with scammer alts. We do not encourage our users trading with scammers, and you should be careful to not trade with obvious alternate accounts of scammers. Please check the user's Steam profile and SteamRep status before trading with them.

Allright, I was about 90% sure i couldnt trade with him but since he was unbanned on steamrep and such I was a little hopeful. Thanks for your time
