Hello, My name is Cooper.

I have been inactive for quite some time after doing some growing up. About three years ago i fenced unusual hats from a scammer and as a result of this i was banned. The account that has the items in it is now locked and can't be accessed. My main account (which i swapped over too because of friends list issues : https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/FoxxIsNotOurFoxx) and this account (my old account) are not SR banned and are clean due to a change in ToS on SR+. I was wondering if my appeal can be opened on my account and hopefully unbanned. What i did was childish and greedy and deserved to be punished. I have served my time banned and it would be greatly apreciated if i could use the site once again.
