Is it OK for me if I trade with a guy banned in steamrep for impersonation?
Sorry that I ask so much questions,I'm new to unusual trading and trading with banned people

As a general rule of thumb you should never trade with people marked on Steamrep regardless what they were marked for. You should also avoid trading with banned users on TF2Outpost, unless their ban is temporary for something minor, like relisting trades or being rude with someone.
