need a little bit of help
i am still banned and i wrote 2 tickets, those are around 2 months old, but in my main apeal i can't write apperently, it just creates a new ticket, and i don't know who even handles my ban since it doesn't say who it is, all i want is some clarification just so i know i am not writing against a empty wall

Creating multiple support tickets will not speed up handling your case and neither will posting here on the forum. You must be patient and wait for an answer.
