If the items are marketable then you can view their sold price graph on the Steam Community Market to get a rough idea of how much they're worth. If not, then you're gonna have to do your own research and see how much people are willing to offer for said items. There's no easy way to find the prices of sold items.

I mean how do I see how much people are willing to offer for it, do I just go to a forum and ask?
It's just I have no idea where to look for this information.

Well you could search for the items on Outpost and look at recent offers, then compare that to what people are selling for and the real price should be somewhere in the middle.
