a staff closed my trade and i can't create a new trade for my csgo keys or any csgo stuff
outpost is not loading my csgo inv( http://imgur.com/c3Z0PQi ) , its not a new problem.
backpack.tf is loading my csgo inv and outpost is not, the problem is not steam, cuz backpack.tf is loading my inv inv and outpost still is loading my tf2 bp.
and a staff closed my trade( tf2outpost.com/trade/28122563 ) cuz i dont own the some specfic keys.
And now i can't sell my csgo keys on outpost, cuz outpost is not loading my csgo inv and i can't create a new trade with my csgo keys, and thats why i don't create a new trade when i sold the keys here tf2outpost.com/trade/28122563 , cuz if i need to sell my csgo keys and i can't create a new trade to sell my csgo keys, why i'll close the old?
On my trade i was saying i'm selling ANY of my csgo case keys and buying ANY csgo case key, like a tf2 keys/tod banking. Could re-open my trade? :/

This issue is something that we can't fix on our end, unfortunately the only way this issue can be fixed is to wait until it works again. There's some more info here:

If you don't have the specified items in your inventory, you can grey them out or close the trade entirely. You can then reopen your trade (without having to recreate it) once you've restocked.
