quick question for toughsox
i know you blocked me when i tried to add you, you had reasons but it wasn't for a ban apeal but a question if my ticket was coming trough or if you could even see it, i won't add you again without permission but for the future you mgiht wanna unblock me once this errors with the site gets over

oh ok, it still sais tough sox,but it doesn't say who handles it know, the new layout blocks that, but my support ticket is for scend not my ban, the support ticket was for help with the site

also on my old apeal toughsox said to me, if you are banned for a private bp try contacting the ban handler and ask to reveaw your ticket or simply saying them that it was only shortly or is gone

I may have declined your friends request, but I have never blocked anyone, ever.

If someone declines your friend request you are automatically blocked from sending them a new friend request for a small period of time. This is a Steam feature and it doesn't mean that you were blocked by that person.
