Do you realize that you can retrieve Steam ID from trade offer link?
Right now you can't hide add as friend buttons.
He can't. .com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=83495804&token=BfCvH7ef is my trade offer link, which doesn't contain my ID (76561198043761532 or klenium)
@kléni This countermeasure will require more steps to potentially pull my Steam ID. The countermeasure also puts the responsibility directly in the hands of Steam since Steam will be providing my Steam ID instead of this site.
The goal of this countermeasure is, at my request, to add more complexity for phishing bots to be successful.
kleni: Yes, and from there I'm just 1 or 2 HTTP requests away from users Steam ID.
So, I looked at it and it took me like 2 minutes to figure out that your STEAM_ ID is:
STEAM_0:0:41747902
For even partner ID:
83495804 / 2 = 41747902 -> STEAM_0:0:41747902
For odd partner ID:
(49102683 - 1) / 2 = 24551341 -> STEAM_0:1:24551341
Nice try.
