Against Phishers: A Suggestion
They annoy everyone of us. They're troublesome and not supporting any community on this world with their dirty work whatsoever, except themself and for their egoistic schemes: Phishing bots. What I have in mind for stopping them? A little and simple thing that circles out innocent people as well, but everything okay and no need to panic:

My idea is very easy. Remove every type of add function, and every chance of access to see any trades on Outpost if you aren't logged in. But no, that's NOT just it. Since bots could just log in, I also suggest that you guys maybe (if that is even possible) add a little block to your website that disallows steam users WITHOUT at least a playtime of... ?100? hours to use your service? Like I said, if that is even possible, because that's how bots are made, from free accounts that they created every few seconds when the other is banned. So setting a minimum requirement of playtime or maybe even having the requirement to at least buy 1 steam game would keep bot outs for an amount of time. Phishers would probably just let their bots idle in TF2 for 4-5 days and then get back on outpost, but at least they would be stopped for those 5 days.

I don't know what else to suggest, because I really don't see any other way of stopping them, other than blocking people who are obviously alt accounts, like having no games/no TF2/no playtime at all.

The thing is phishers are accounts that have been hijacked, this most likely won't work. They also have bots inside them. They basically take the phished accounts and use them as slaves.

Yes, and these scammed accounts get banned by being reported. It's not like million people get their stuff scammed, it's really only a few people who are (to be rude and not sorry) stupid. Maybe not the first ones who got tricked by this, but the people who get tricked NOW, because everyone knows these are just phishers.

This entire "fwend no can add u i am retahrt tat cant spel corektli and ned som1 to kil mi n end mi sad lif" text is so overused and common, everyone who is into trading should know by now. Those who don't and fall for it are 11 years old and believing into sparkling wonderlands of friendship and teamwork.

The thing is if they were something like a pro TF2 player they would pretty much wasted $100+ on keys. Some are most likely waiting on Steam Support.

Yes, you are right, you can automate login.
Regarding your "100 hours" suggestion: You can use "legit looking" account to harvest SteamIDs and shitty accounts to spam friend requests.
