Whats the policy with refunding items?
I recently sold something on Outpost for pure, the item was a pro collectors babys face blaster team shine tornado.
in the ad you can clearly see the item and i also note the sheen and effect in which the item is.
the buyer after a couple days has contacted me asking if it was possible to get a refund on the item for 1, becuase they didnt like it being a collectors and 2, because they "thought" the sheen was deadly daffodil (which they admitted it to being their mistake).
the ad i posted is very clear on what the item was. i've also taken a screenshot of the conversation with this user.
i'm pretty sure that i shouldnt have to give this user a refund but i wanted to make sure my knowledge of the rules is correct.
am i under Outpost rules obligated to give a refund?

Outpost can't force users to give a refund, it's up to the item holder. You are not obligated to give refunds.

You are not obligated, it will not affect your trading negatively.

And Steam's policy is the same too. All trades are final.
