I want to alert of a scammer or hijacker called -snip-
So on Saturday I went to eat and log out from my Steam, when I came back and log in, I went to my inventory and found that I lost my Bill's Hat. I went to trade offers and saw his account, he blocked me everywhere. I mean I don't have any proof, but it's in my history. I know so he has many +rep, but still. I wrote to Valve, but I don't think they reply so yeah.
