Ticket
If you delete my post without any respond, I won't know what I did wrong, and which trades I should/shouldn't report. Please answer me..
When I was reporting this[www.tf2outpost.com] trade, he didn't own keys, and you can see, he want us to add another user, because he's not going to trade. I thought it breaks the trade rules #2, doesn't it? And the #4, just look at his alt account[www.tf2outpost.com], listed 3 times the same trade. However, Voxdei closed my ticket without answering it, and someone deleted my post from this forum. Looking forward to know why.

I can't say why your ticket or your post was deleted, but I can answer your questions.

The other user that he has linked in his trade is his own steam trading bot. Which does not break the site rules. The other trades the bot has open are not against the rules as one is for buying and the other is for selling.

I've never said owning a bot breaks the rules.
When I posted here, the bot's 3rd trade was open. The main account's trade is still open, so yes, the bot's trades break the rules.
You can't, and didn't answer me, since I'm not asking to ban him/close his trades. My questions are: why did they deleted my post from the forum, and why did Voxdei closed my ticket witout any responds.

Thanks, but I still would like to get answers. This isn't the first time when my ticket was closed without answer. If it was a miskate, the site shouldn't allow to moderators to close tickets before they answer them.

The trade was closed because the ticket was valid. Many forum topics are deleted every day because they have no place being here. If you have a complain about staff you can open a ticket about it and it will be reviewed by an admin.
