I had gotten banned when making myself a personal account from my brother, and I get

1. This is a not a Steamrep appeal, Just about the Alt Account, If I do mention it, Its about how It wasn't fixed and never got a reply

Its also close to Impossible to trade WITHOUT outpost

Well When I try to Appeal on Outpost, I type my message and the create button, well it doesn't activate it and post the appeal,

(Heres the appeal I typed, Sorry but even If I try to mail Helen, It just shows me the ban thing and Still can't appeal)

Listen up, This account is for me as I choose to make a separate account from my brother as he was a Spycrab runner and pretty much ruined my X-account's reputation anyways, So my old one is his now, I do not want to be the one affected by him and his scamming on that account now so I left it to him and so then I am not the fault of his things and take the damage for something I haven't done, Then this account gets banned for alternate? How do I prevent taking the fall of Him and still enjoy trading?! I can't supervise him 24/7 As I have my own life to take care of as well, I can watch him for a bit of time but I get dragged into doing chores or eating dinner while he does these things, I can't enjoy things when this happens, which feels like all the time now, and makes everything suck and takes forever to do things now, I choose to make this account to leave my brother to do what HE wants to do, As If he did something, I wouldn't be in the blame, nor that I even did it in the first place like before, Just to add, before I left the account to rot for my brother, I tried to save it and appeal to save it and got no answers no denied or accepted, What must I do to not seem like the bad guy as I'm not? I also tried to ask my parents but they just laugh and tell me its a game, but It's what I want to play, ALSO THE FACT THAT I RETURNED THE ITEM BEFORE HAND AS WELL AND ARE/IS FRIENDS WITH THE SCAMMED PERSON (TheRocketMan ≈HG≈) NOW, and I told him as well about how it was my brother whom scammed him, so really, It shouldn't be there anyways.
Oh and ''Alt of SR marked user''? I'm not the user of that account on the SR, so why on this a Alt, and I cannot get back on that account because My brother changed the password anyways

If you could tell me what could help me, I would apperciate it, even the slightest hint,
