This is a very old problem, the staff have done everything they can to fix this problem and are waiting on a fix from steam.

We're fully aware of this and the forums has dozens of topics on this.

We've done all that we can and have kept them from doing much on the site, which only drove them to using Steam where we have no power. It is out of our hands at this point.
