What part of that is a false accusation?

Add no less than 4 known alt accounts you used to evade your ban, and what makes you think you deserve any sort of consideration for using Outpost?
Have you bothered to ever repay your victim?
Have you come forth and explained why the original account you scammed with is still PRIVATE? Not only is that one private, 2 of the other known alts is also still PRIVATE.

The Admin Staff here has an obligation to do their best to make sure their Users are having a safe trading environment, and you certainly do not meet those standards. But I will allow you to make one final statement to change our minds here. Do not squander it.

I think you didn't quite get it. I didn't scam anyone! I only attempted to scam. I tried but I was stopped before I managed to actually scam. Therefore, I HAVE NO VICTIMS TO REPAY! Secondly, you can see that I didn't use any of these accounts to evade my ban because I didn't transfer any items to any of them besides that one that I moved to a day after I was banned because I was mad, it was 3 years ago and I was still unresponsible. The only use of my alts was to use the ban appeal option on your website because I didn't recieve an answer on my previous appeals.
I don't know why my other accounts are private, I don't use them anyway. If that matters I can make them public.
If you have any answer, please let me answer what you say.

After further looking, I uncovered no less than 6 alts, and thats the amount when I stopped looking.

At the end of the day, the Staff here is obligated to do their best to make sure that their users have the safest trading environment that we can give to them. Between your alts (both public and private) , your scamming/scamming attempts and your lies, there is no way that your ban is being released.
