Just a small question.
If i don't have the authenticator and i put a trade on the website. Is it allowed? And if so if the other person cancels the trade within the 3 day period does it count as scamming?

You are allowed to make a trade without having the Steam Mobile Authenticator attatched to your account, and, though annoying, cancelling the trade within the 3 day period does not count as scamming.
