My ban appeal was responded to for the first time yesterday by ToughSox (01/13/16). It was declined due to a half-written explanation from nearly 10 months ago. I recently submitted a different ticket requesting a unban, due to my previously existing appeal being assigned to Garry.

I did not link this in my appeal due to the assumption that all admins could easily see all tickets I had open. ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/ticket/771100 )

I am asking this ticket to be read (by ToughSox or whomever), and a decision be made based on that -- it was my fault I did not link it in my actual appeal, for I thought that it would be forgotten and never reassigned from Garry. Thank you.
