Its been 4 weeks..
Hi, its been 4 weeks since i was banned for being an alt of my brother "Hopkins" (witch I am not) and i made an appeal 4 weeks ago but i have not got a reply (It was assigned to helen angel could you please assign it to someone else because i love trading and want to stay on outpost

The staff have a large amount of backlog in terms of ban appeals, I know it sounds cliche but you need to be patient. The staff will get to your appeal as soon as they can.

no she wont it has been 4 weeks most people get theirs awnsered within 24 hours
