Picture of Games Missing
I'm experiencing this issue for weeks now. At first I hoped it's already under investigation, but it seems like no one cared about it so much (as it still exist).

So the problem is that the picture of several games disappeared on TF2OP everywhere (e.g. Resident Evil 6, Age of Empires II HD, Mount&Blade: Warband, Dark Souls etc.) and it makes for newbie users hard to search for them which means less profit for us.

And as you charge us 5 dollars/month I think a well-maintained site is not a big expectation in exchange.
Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

The images are not hosted by TF2Outpost, they are taken directly from Steam. If an image is missing it's because Valve removed it. It usually happens when a specific app can no longer be bought from the store or has been replaced by an improved version.

There's nothing to fix here.

You misunderstood me. I know in specific cases (like when there's a pre-order version and the game finally comes out, or in the case of 2011 holiday gifts) the picture of games gets exchanged with a sematic steam gift picture, but that's not the case here.

Your first post wasn't very descriptive, it would also help if you gave an example. Seems like a caching issue.

What kind of example would you like to have beside naming some buggy games and showing a screenshot?
