Why cant you reach these useless Outpost staff members?

I've been banned from the site for a couple of years for my attitude. I didnt try anything for quite a while after that, but 7 months ago my friend wrote a ticket for me to review my ban and got the answer literally half a year later. It said that I should write my own tickets, however I cant write any because I'm banned. I cant talk to anyone from the staff either because they don't accept friend requiests.
So my question is why are you here if you dont do anything?

If you feel your ban was wrongly closed you can email helen@outpost.gg and explain why you think you should be given another shot at an appeal. More info can be found here:
