You won't be banned for trading with users banned for trading with a marked scammer (provided they don't have any pending Steamrep reports or anything else suspicious, such as a private profile). However we highly recommend that you avoid trading with banned users altogether. As it stops potential scammer alts from gaining profit off fraudulent trades.
