I downloaded some kind of Desktop A. [ 100% safe] and it works pretty fine

I agree.. They're basically saying if you're a child without a smart phone, trading for you sucks (both for you and the person you're trading).

Basically, Valve has become the government: enacting burdensome regulations for the majority because of the abuses of a very small minority.
