Am I allowed to use a bump reminder?
I created a program that beeps every 30 minutes, to remind me to go bump my outpost trades whenever I have the program running. I'm worried that using this timer would be mistaken as an autobump script and get me banned. Am I allowed to use this, or do I have to remember to bump trades on my own?

It doesn't bump automatically. It reminds you to bump. How would someone know you're using it, anyway?

I thought that the way people get "caught" using autobump scripts was by how often a user bumps. If they bump EVERY 30 minutes, they might be suspected of using a script.

We do have ways to detect auto bumping scripts. Lets be honest....if you simply had some sort of timer, would you really be on the site bumping every 30 minutes for days without a break?
