Is there any way to track history of a CSGO item like TF2?

Just like on tf2outpost, click on any item, and a sidebar will popup showing you the items history.

it only shows the recent owner.

It only shows the users who's backpacks were scanned while the item was in their inventory. You should never view it as a complete history. It works the same way as TF2, only difference is that TF2 has been around for a long time and items have passed many hands before.
