Waiting for 3 months...
Alright so more than 3 months ago, I got banned on outpost and I was told that every appeal was assigned to a real admin and that it can take upto 3 months but its been well over 3 months now with no reply whatsoever... Also, my appeal was assigned to someone called 'BANNED', his font name was in yellow, so I assumed it was a bot, but you guys here at the forums assured me that it was a real admin. Then about 2 months after submitting the apeal, the font of 'BANNED' changed to purple, but thats the only change I've seen. Idk what to do anymore, I'm even started to get burnt out of tf2 lately, but I still want to be able to trade my stuff away.
Please give me an idea of how much longer it's gonna take, or if any admin is ever going to respond to me.

Banned is a now retired admin of Outpost. Your ticket will eventually be looked into by an appeals admin, but until then you're going to have to wait patiently.

Thank you for the fast response! So now all the appeals assigned to Banned will be split up to multiple other admins after the admins finish their own appeals I'm guessing? Seems like that's gonna take a very long time :(

Unfortunately thats the only the staff can process the large amount of tickets assigned to them.

So a ban appeal is essentially a normal ticket? That's kind of bad because many people report silly things unnesserily and I feel ban appeal should get a higher priority, but who am I to say that :P

Ban appeals and trade reports are kept seperate, ban appeals go to appeals admins, while other tickets go to regular staff.

Alright well, thank you very much for your replies, I wont make this discussion any longer than this. I'll just wait patiently for my case to be reviewed, though I feel its gonna take even longer since my appeal is still assigned to BANNED

Hello, sorry to respond in this specific issue but I've been having the exact same problem with the exception of my ban appeal being there for around 6 months (also recently updated by me). The reason I was banned has been taken care of but nobody has responded to it yet. I understand the fact that the TF2 outpost staff is really busy with ban appeals but I'm just wondering if mine was glitched out or something, same thing happened to another appeal I made before, essential for this one, but I'm not quite sure for the reason. Just for the record, the essential appeal has been accepted, link is provided in the ban reason.

I can assure you your ticket is not glitched, you just need to wait until an admin reviews your case.
