Hi, so I'm having issues with my bot because my bot doesn't accept trades with scammers per TF2 OP rules. However, in order to work my bot needs to be able to access SteamRep API and Steamrep has been having major issues for the past 24 hours. Meaning, no one can trade the bot.

I've written a workaround for when Steamrep is down, but honestly it's kind of a gray area with the rules - it basically just ignores Steamrep if it can't access the site. I haven't compiled it yet so my bot is still basically down.

Thoughts?
