"You are using Directx8 decorated weapons are incompatable and show as stock" How to fix?
I really need help! i dont know how to fix or make it unsable!

You'll have to swap to DirectX 9.

- Remove "mat_dxlevel" from your config files.
- Add "-dxlevel 95" to your launch options.

Another problem could be is that you have -dxlevel 81 in your Launch Options.

Fix:

-Right Click on Team Fortress 2 in your Libary.
-Click on Properties
-In the General Tab click on "Set Launch Options"
-Look there if you have the wrong dxlevel.
-Change it to -dxlevel 95.
-After your first game Launch remove -dxlevel 95 from your Launch Options

You're game will stay at Directx 9 after you removed it.
