2Months ago i was banned on outpost. This was because the user i traded was banned on outpost for 9months, but clean on steam+rep and backpack.tf. I traded with him a month before he was tagged on steam +rep, but the admin on outpost says because he was banned on outpost for nearly a year that counts as trading with a scammer, and then banns for forever saying i traded with a scammer. When clearly there rules are :
No trading with scammers. This is an extension of the rule disallowing users to trade with known scammers — your bot should use the SteamRep API to blacklist tagged users from trading[1].
No trading with scammer alts. We do not encourage our users trading with scammers, and you should be careful to not trade with obvious alternate accounts of scammers. Please check the user's Steam profile and SteamRep status before trading with them.

There is a link which proofs i traded with a scammer but i added a steam +rep admins who unbanned me from bazzar clearly seeing i didn't trade a scammer.
