trading with users banned for for having private backpacks (only on Outpost)
Bannable ?
Given OPs stance on private backpacks (banning them) it would be normal to assume so. however it's stated nowhere.

a guy that has been banned wanted to trade me,and i declined. he'll make the inv public,however he wants proof to my claim <.>

So long as the user isn't marked anywhere else or has any pending reports you are allowed to trade with them.

A little addition to Nooges reply:

If said user turns out to be a scammer alt, you will also be banned for trading with him. Generally, any trade with private profiles is strongly discouraged and happens at your own risk.
