TF2 Email Ban Appeal Help
I was banned quite a while ago, and I had created a ban appeal the day the problem occured, but was denied due to acting immaturely during the appeal. I waited a little bit (more than a year) to give my ban a cooldown, and I appealed via email about a month ago. The apparent old admin named "The Blue Screen of Death" made a guide saying that i can email HelenAngel for a second appeal. I emailed her and I recieved no reply or even indication of it being read. Doing research into her personal group, it appears that she had several times when she had not touched her admin role for extended amounts of time. All this lead to three questions and I would greatly appreciate any answer.

1. Is Helen still an admin who recieves email appeals
2. Can I expect a reply from her when she reads my appeal, regarless of its acceptance.
3. Is it okay to resend my email appeal as a sort of "bump" because I do not know if she read my appeal yet.

I'm not saying I expect to be unbanned, and I would just like to know if someone gave me time.

Keep in mind that Helen is an admin on not just Outpost but other large communities such as SteamRep, she also is the Community Manager at Microsoft. These jobs require more of her attention than Outpost appeals, so emails sent to her will take time before they are answered.

1. Yes Helen is an admin who receives email appeals.
2. Yes Helen replies to all appeals she looks into.
3. Yes it is OK to do that, though keep in mind it won't get it read any faster.
