Alts scammers accounts?
Hello guys

Sometimes on OP, when i go to the profile of banned users, i see "alt of...." or a link to steamrep.

How can the TF2OP staff know that they're alts of scammers? Or is it Steamrep who's manage themselves? what's their "technics" to find alts accounts? IP?
