All mods are dead or something?
IT takes a fricking eternity for them to react on my tickets.
It took them:
10 days to hide "hey, don't buy from this guy, buy my flame thrower way cheaper on this trading site: ***"
16 days to hide "♥♥♥♥♥♥, your trade is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, noone will buy it"
Some tickets I have now:
4 days and still counting - relisting trade (user created 3 completely the same trades in a row)
27 days and still counting - relisting trade (user created 2 completely the same trades in a row)
And the last, but not the least glorious example:
The premium guy created the trade on 30th of November 2013, I found it on 8th of Marth 2014 and wanted to buy some items because prices were still from november of previous year, so they seemed low.
Then, after he failed to respond to my friend invite, I noticed that he has last been online in steam on 2nd of December 2013 and I reported him.
That report was created in the beggining of the Marth month, more than 2 months since that, the ticket is still open, the dead guy ran out of premium autobumps, his trades were automatically closed.

Thet are short on staff.... it takes them a while to respond to the amount of tickets they receive.

Count how many mods there are and compare it to the number of users and rule breakers.

Give me these stats and I'll compare them.
Most of tickets need around 20 seconds each to read and accept/decline them.

Multiply that for several hundreds per mod, every day. And also multiply by 0 to know how much money we make doing all of this on our free time.

Non-constructive topic. Locked.
