I would like to start out my saying I apologize for "nudging" the staff at outpost.

About a little over a month ago my account was hijacked. My outpost "account" was almost admittedly banned after this. I got my account back 3 weeks ago, and 3 weeks ago, I appealed my ban on outpost. I provided proof for my appeal and reasoned. The one assigned with my appeal is HelenAngel.

I guess my question is; Is my appeal mislooked or overlooked? Maybe some how "lost" ?
I would really like to trade again on outpost, for it's a very helpful source to find traders.
