A few questions on some of the rules and other things.
1) Are objectors allowed to be used to advertise? I see trades doing this a lot more. I know trades used to be closed containing them. ex: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11410692

2) Is selling games for paypal allowed? It is against steams ToS and the few tickets I have put out for trades either never are answered, or are closed saying paypal is acceptable. There are a LOT of trades up listing paypal as acceptable forms of payment for games.

3) Should amazon gift cards, dogecoin, and other forms of payments be added to the allowed payments for money? I have seen quite a few trades with them that have been up for a while.

4) A question not related to rules, what happened to themes?

5) Not really a question, more of a bug. You can put up wrapped items multiple trades (instead of once like regular items)

If advertising is their only intent, no - they must be for sale.

No. Steam very much dislikes people who trade gifts for money - a lot of new games are being released with region/country locks due to the massive amount of people re-selling games. There is a reason why game gifts are not marketable on the SCM.

They are very low on the site's dev priorities - not discarded but no ETA for them to come back.
