Do closed trades skip out on punishment ?
Do trades which have closed for a long time skip out on punishment ?

I understand tickets have a tall order in queue. What if the queue was so long that when an admin got to it, the trade has been closed for a long time. Hence any more punishment isn't deemed necessary. Say if the trade has closed for a week or two.

What kind of punishments are there ? Warning, suspension, ban ?
This isn't a complain. Thanks.

It depends on the offense, and there is no strict modus operandi. If it's a severe or repetitive offense usually having it closed will not make any difference. We are bringing new people in to solve the long ticket queue times for good.
